Home Shop Program: How it Works?
First, Register as a Certified Buyer on HomeShop.com or attend a Home Shop Seminar to get Certified. Once you are Certified, you will receive a confirmation email with your login and password to access the Home Shop properties and the Home Shop Learning Center. You will also receive a Home Shop Certified Buyer Card via mail within 30 days of being certified.

to HomeShop.com and view the available Home Shop properties and the Home Shop Learning Center which features important information for home buyers. This education is important in an ever changing financial market. Each property will have a written description, pictures, maps, features, and other related information and disclosures.
Visit the Properties.
Home Shop preview dates for the properties are listed for each property. Ensure you have previewed the property and any related disclosures or documents associated with the property. Do this prior to submitting an offer. A withdrawn offer can reduce your ability to purchase a Home Shop property.
